Which English level should I choose?
Beginner English is designed for students who are still building basic English communication skills.
Intermediate English is designed for students who already have a basic foundation and want to improve their confidence, comprehension, and communication.

What is the class schedule?
Beginner English:
Monday and Wednesday
6:30 PM–8:30 PM
Intermediate English:
Tuesday and Thursday

Classes meet twice each week.
How long is the program?
The complete program lasts 8 weeks and includes 16 live classes.
Each class is 2 hours long, for a total of 32 instructional hours.
How are classes taught?
Classes are taught live online through Zoom by Dr. Isabel Alonso.
Students participate in real-time instruction, practice, and conversation from home.

How do I enroll?
Enrollment has two steps:
- Complete the online enrollment form.
- Pay the program tuition.
When is my enrollment confirmed?
Submitting the enrollment form alone does not confirm your place in the program.
Enrollment is confirmed after the required tuition payment has been received and the student receives enrollment confirmation.
What does the $309.99 tuition include?
The $309.99 total program price includes:
- 8 weeks of instruction
- 16 live Zoom classes
- 2 classes per week
- 2 hours per class
- 32 total instructional hours
Processing costs are included. There is no additional payment-processing fee.
What happens if I miss a class?
Students are responsible for attending their scheduled classes.
Missed classes are not refundable and are not automatically rescheduled or credited.
When appropriate and available, the instructor may provide materials related to a missed class, but individual make-up sessions are not guaranteed.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Students may request a full refund when cancellation is received at least 7 calendar days before the first scheduled class.
Once the program has started, tuition is generally non-refundable.
